I came to Mimosa Lane in June, 1992. Mimosa Lane is my third pastorate. I am a 1979 graduate of East Texas Baptist University in Marshall and a 1982 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. I am a native Texan and the third son of a Baptist minister. My wife's name is Dawn and I have two children, Leah and Luke.

God is doing great things through this wonderful fellowship of believers. We are a church on mission with God. It is our desire to enrich the lives of Believers through Worship, Discipleship, and Fellowship as well as enlarge the size of heaven through Evangelism and Ministry. Our goal is to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who Seek Christ Daily, Serve Christ Personally, Share Christ Regularly and Surrender to Christ Financially.

We worship through a blended style of music with a celebrative spirit. It is my desire to communicate God's truth through messages which are biblical, simple, yet practical. I believe that we have yet to see all that God is going to do through and in our church. If you are looking for a Place of Hope, Mimosa Lane could be just for you.
